Height is the one property you are told never to animate — and an accordion is the one place you have to. Here is how to do it without dropping frames or stranding every ScrollTrigger below it.
Two working days for a standard service, four if the bike needs wheel work. We do not do same-day — a service booked in the morning and collected at five has been rushed, and you will feel it on the first descent.
If you are stuck without a bike we lend you one. There is no charge and no deposit.
Yes, including Bosch, Shimano EP8 and Specialized systems. We are a certified Bosch service centre, so diagnostics and firmware are done in-house rather than sent away.
Battery health checks are free with any service, and we will tell you honestly when a replacement is not worth it.
Drivetrain strip and clean, brake bleed or pad change, gear index, bearing check on headset, hubs and bottom bracket, torque check on every bolt, and a road test.
Anything outside that we photograph and send you before we touch it. You approve the cost before the work happens, every time.
Of course. Roughly seventy percent of the bikes on our stands came from somewhere else. We will not lecture you about it.
On parts, usually. On labour, no — we are a workshop with four mechanics on real wages, and the number reflects that.
Where we can genuinely beat an online price we tell you without being asked.
Twelve months on labour, and we honour the manufacturer's warranty on any part we fit. If something we did comes loose, bring it back and we fix it that day, free, no argument.
